Process Definition
Communications is one of the most important responsibilities of project managers. They spend the majority of their time communicating with project team members and stakeholders. During the execution of a project the right information must be made available to the right people at the right time, and stakeholders must be monitored to make sure their needs are met and issues resolved in timely fashions. Communicating effectively is critical to the positive outcome of a project.Process Assessment
Project managers spend most of their time communicating. Masting the communications management process is an essential survival skill for project managers.
