12.4 Close Procurements
Process Definition
This process ensures that all procurements are closed out at the end of a project by verifying that all procured products, services and data were acceptable and that all suppliers have been paid.Process Assessment
Effective and disciplined project closure ensures no loose ends are left untied. It's important to keep an eye on the closure requirements so that they do not become unwanted fire drills, as often happens.
