Process Definition
Performing quality assurance is the process of making sure the quality control processes are being carried out properly by auditing the quality control process outputs. The outputs from quality assurance focus on improving the quality process.Process Assessment
As with quality planning, this is a process a project manager should never have to do. The quality management team should be doing this for the team.
